Open Health Prices

Official prices and reimbursement tariffs of health products, compared across countries

This pilot compares twenty medicines in three countries (France, Spain and United Kingdom) and eleven medical devices in three systems (France, United States and Australia). Every figure is an official list price, an official reimbursement tariff or a figure from a public health technology assessment decision, with its source and the date it was read.

Amounts in other currencies are converted into euros at the ECB reference rate of 9 October 2026. No figure is a net price, and none is the cost borne by a patient.
