SMR : Le service médical rendu par FEMARA est important dans le traitement néoadjuvant chez la femme ménopausée avec des récepteurs hormonaux positifs présentant un cancer du sein HER-2 négatif lorsque la chimiothérapie n’est pas adaptée et que la chirurgie immédiate n’est pas indiquée.
ASMR : Compte tenu de la transposabilité non assurée des données issues de l’étude pivot en raison de l’absence de prise en compte du statut HER2 et de l’éligibilité à la chimiothérapie dans l’inclusion des patientes, la Commission considère que FEMARA n’apporte pas d’Amélioration du Service Médical Rendu (ASMR V) par rapport à la stratégie actuelle de prise en charge de ces patientes.
