    ASMR : Compte tenu : • du recul sur l’efficacité et la tolérance de la lévothyroxine sodique, • des données disponibles avec TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique) reposant uniquement sur des études de bioéquivalence et de biodisponibilité, qui ne permettent pas d’évaluer un éventuel avantage de TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique) par rapport aux alternatives à base de lévothyroxine disponibles en France, • de l’absence de données robustes concernant la qualité de vie des patients traités par la solution buvable en unidose TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique) comparativement aux alternatives à base de lévothyroxine sodique disponibles en France, • du besoin médical de disposer de nouvelles alternatives à base de lévothyroxine sodique en raison notamment de la marge thérapeutique étroite de cette molécule et de la nécessité d’un ajustement posologique individuel des traitements, • du choix restreint des dosages disponibles avec TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique) limitant les possibilités d’adaptation de la posologie, ce qui représente une contrainte à prendre en compte lors de l’instauration d’un traitement par TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique), en particulier chez le nouveau-né, la Commission de la transparence considère que TSOLUDOSE (lévothyroxine sodique) n’apporte pas d’amélioration du service médical rendu (ASMR V) dans la stratégie thérapeutique.
